Best way to get your mileage verified is to have PPHD fill out the form with their signature and after they put it into their system for Ride 365, turn that form into Donnie at safety@pphog.com
Please E-Mail Donnie at Safety@pphog.com a picture of your mileage or form for Ride 365 is preferable. Please include what picture / form goes to what bike if you have more than 2 on the books. Any mileage turned in on November 30 or later will not count towards the chapter awards.
Please have PPHD get your mileage as well for the ride 365 national program whether or not you participated in the chapters program so our chapter has a chance to win a block party hosted by HOG National.
