A great gathering of friends met to ride in the St. Patrick’s Day parade. The weather was beautiful and such a surprise to be able to ride. The parade was only 3 days after the blizzard known as the “bomb cyclone” hit southern Colorado. Over 1000 vehicles were stranded across El Paso county. Some local residents were stranded in their vehicles for more than 24 hours. But in true Colorado fashion, the roads were dry by end of day Friday, allowing us to ride in the parade on Saturday. Thanks to everyone that joined us. The decorations on the bikes were creative and the costumes were so much fun!! Such a good time!!
