The November ride was mine, it only made sense as I had led the years first meeting ride that I should lead the years last. I route I picked had roads we had not been on for years. It would have stretched the short ride to Elisabeth to a hour and haft.
The preride was fun as I weaved through corners and blasted down the straight aways. Will have to adjust the timing on that leg a little.
We pulled into the end stop, a brown old two story building. Kinda like O’Malleys in Palmer Lake. As I went inside ,the first thing I noticed was all the best of award on the wall. O’boy, great food, score.
Well, Saturday came and so did mother nature. Spitting rain, fog, snow and wind as I made my way to the dealer.
With the meeting over, it was now decision time. Josh and I pour over our weather apps look for a break as the snow blasted down outside. We could see there were gapes in the storms, was it enough to make it?
I thought to my self that you have to be crazy to go on a ride in this weather. Bong, I’m am crazy, lets roll. Out the door we went and hit the road. A couple of miles into it Mother Nature laughed and said ride on.
The food was amazing and the room was filled with belly laughter.

Great day, great roads and great friends.
