The Long Aspen Ride will be on Saturday, 9/15, and Sunday 9/16, with an overnight stop in Montrose.
On Saturday (9/15) we will meet at the dealership at 7:00 am with a ride briefing at 7:15 am; be ready to ride with your gas tank full. We will be riding over the Black Canyon North Rim with our end stop in Montrose (approximately a 300 mile ride).
On Sunday (9/16), we will have an early departure from Montrose and riding through the Black Canyon on the way back to Colorado Springs (approximately a 250 mile ride).
Black Canyon is a national park which charges $15 per motorcycle (up to 2 people on it).
You will need to book a room in Montrose, or that area, at a hotel/motel of your choice for Saturday night; we understand hotels and motels are booking up fast for that weekend due to several events in that general area.
