Ride down to the Motorcycle Rally at Red River in New Mexico.
Every year I (Donnie) take a group down to Red River New Mexico for Memorial Day. We visit Angel Fire to pay our respects to those that served along with going through their museum. We will leave from there and travel up a few miles away to Red River New Mexico where there are vendors galore along with the Black Sheep and plenty of bikes to look at. The trip is about 300 miles there and 300 miles back (600 round trip) which I will do all on Sunday May 27, 2018. If you would like to just ride down with us and spend the night, you are welcome to do that as well. We will be leaving from I-25 at the Mesa Ridge Exit (Love’s Travel Plaza) with KU at 6. This ensures us time to visit the vendors, have lunch and talk before we head back to Colorado Springs.
